Hello!

My name is Justine R. I am an elementary school teacher in British Columbia. I am currently slotted to teach a grade 5/6 class this school year, although I normally teach primary grades. This is a new and exciting change for myself. This is one of my last MET courses before I graduate. This will be my last term. I am excited to be finishing up with a great course load for the term. I am a passionate teacher. I absolutely love teaching elementary school. I am also a passionate life-long learner, which is why I joined the MET program. I feel like technology is constantly evolving, and I want to learn as much about it so I can get “ahead” of it, and use it in my practice successfully.

I look forward to getting to know my classmates over the next few months. I always find it interesting to learn about the backgrounds of everyone, because, although we are educators, we all have very different professional backgrounds!
