Assistive technology comes in a lot of forms, and hopefully by now everyone has seen, interacted with or knows someone who has utilized these low, medium and high-tech tools. The focus of this Open Education Resource (OER) is to focus on the technologies available and used in the K-12 classroom, and then look to the future about what might be on it\u2019s way as we continue to reshape not only the way we teach, but the tools we implement to facilitate better learning outcomes. The goal of this OER is to introduce you to, facilitate use and reflect on the assistive technologies and how they can impact the K-12 classroom.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
