Can a founder build a company that creates other founders? That question is what initially drew me to Robert Maguire and Altruistic. Founded in 2020, Altruistic is an AI innovation company that helps businesses, governments, and educational institutions build AI readiness through strategy, workforce development, and AI-powered products. One of its most notable learning technologies is Prompt Pilot, an AI coaching platform founded by Jessica Hanan that helps users develop AI literacy and human-AI collaboration skills through real-time feedback and guidance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One indicator of entrepreneurial success is often the products a founder creates. What stood out to me in this case was the apparent ability to create opportunities for others to innovate. The emergence of Prompt Pilot within the Altruistic ecosystem suggests a leadership approach that values collaboration, talent development, and shared innovation rather than centreing every idea around a single founder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Examining Maguire\u2019s leadership made me reconsider how entrepreneurial impact is measured.
