Been with company for a   number of years as well. Don\u2019t know his education background or actual   degrees\/credentials.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<td style=\"padding: 0cm 5.4pt;width: 194.25pt;height: 3cm\" width=\"259\" valign=\"top\">\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Ramona also is very committed, knowledgeable, been   there since 1998, but not as intense\/goal oriented perhaps. The idea of   incentives for the lighthouse customer in order to access their client list   seems solid; he endorses \u201cwin-win\u201d strategies. IBM is interested which seems   to reinforce their business model.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<td style=\"padding: 0cm 5.4pt;width: 194.25pt;height: 85.65pt\" width=\"259\" valign=\"top\">\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>It would appear they have done due diligence in terms   of researching the demographics of Vietnam, what the government is   pushing(private sector), who is investing(Asian Dev. For the right price,   they would sell to a VC interest. Seem to be   growing, have a product that is desired, IBM interested, like their   philosophy on customers\/employees. Don\u2019t think they are looking for investors   \u2013 maybe a \u201cbig buyer\u201d; mentioned IPO as a possible route.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<td style=\"padding: 0cm 5.4pt;width: 194.25pt;height: 50.2pt\" width=\"259\" valign=\"top\">\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Again, like what I heard. Seems like they are   qualified, have a market worth exploring, conditions are good.
