For assignment 1, I decided to explore and analyze the growth, process, history, and innovations in wearable technology in 2025. I found a great article by Ometov et al. (2021) which helped guide my project to be concise yet reader friendly. During this process, I learned a lot about both the technical and challenges of wearable technology and my goals to develop this media so that this information was attainable for you!
I was inspired to do the topic of Wearable Technology as I had done one on The State of Wearable Culture in 2025. In the process of making this, I realized that I had only scratched the surface and decided to dive deeper for this project to explore the lesser known wearable technology and the new intelligence being developed as of this year.
