Heraclitus said \u201cthe only thing that is constant is change\u201d. Anyone that has worked in any team or organization knows that specially in our times there is always a new tool, process, or initiative looking to change the way things are done. A survey of change initiatives in for profit organizations found that up to 93% of change initiatives fail, with most estimates falling between 50% and 90% of all initiatives failing. That means that\u00a0most of us, including you, are likely to have been part of a failed change initiative.<\/p>\n
This learning module aims to help you reduce the chance that an initiative you are spearheading, or that you are part of, will fail.
