“Education is not about to be able to make the decision of this game, but the game has been so.”
The prompt looks like a sentence in articles or blogs, but the sentence generated doesn’t make much sense. Usually, a sentence that starts with this prompt is a claim with supporting information and logic. The sentence was generated using my iPhone. It seemed that all predictive words were based on the previous word rather than the meaning of the sentence, let alone the context. Its void meaning notwithstanding, its grammar sounds similar to mine. I would claim that predictive text technology will be very useful in multiple writing spaces, although this one is not very impressive. Still, it has the potential to save some time. I’m using Gmail predictive text on a computer, and it is much better. It can prompt me an entire sentence just after a few words, especially when the sentence is commonly used. All I need to do is to hit the right arrow button, and the sentence will appear with perfect grammar. My only concern is that texts can be similar and lack of creativity if such predictive text technology becomes pervasive.
