My name is Melissa Nudds and i am from Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. I am currently a Laboratory Technician at the Hamilton General Hospital where i work in Microbiology & Virology. I teach Hematology to at Mohawk College in the faculty Health Sciences, specifically in the medical laboratory program. My education background consists of an undergraduate degree in Gerontology & Health Studies from McMaster University, as well as diplomas in – Health Biotechnology, Infection Prevention & Control and Medical Laboratory Science. I am pursuing a masters of Education Technology through the University of British Columbia to help improve my current pedagogy as well as working towards the future goal of improving the delivery of educational content to healthcare workers within the hospital setting.
