Hello everyone,
I really enjoyed working with you during this course. I learned a great deal and I am certainly going to be able to take what I have learned into the workplace.
My academic interests are squarely aligned with the content of this course. I found the move from orality (far…far back in the history of human development) to modern times, fascinating!
I am also an avid reader, which means that the questions raised during this course affect me on a very personal level. I enjoyed engaging in meaningful debate (internally and with some of you) about aspects of the survival of written text.
Furthermore, the readings were stimulating and relevant to the overall course design, in my opinion. Sometimes I had to slow down and reread some of the work, but I found this experience very enriching. Learning should be tough, but fun!
