It is through these experiential, hands-on, and <\/span><span class=\"textLayer--absolute\" dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">inclusive experiences that you will align theory with practice. You will confront different theories and<\/span><br class=\"textLayer--absolute\" role=\"presentation\" \/><span class=\"textLayer--absolute\" dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">pedagogies through the use of no-tech, low tech, and high-tech (Kafai &amp; Jayathirtha, 2020) maker <\/span><span class=\"textLayer--absolute\" dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">materials while utilizing the liberatory design thinking process to learn how to design an inclusive <\/span><span class=\"textLayer--absolute\" dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">makerspace and its associated challenges, provocations, and critical tasks. <\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Throughout the course you will be introduced to many provocations and inclusive maker challenges through the modules that confront the status quo and allow you to think deeper about STEAM content and world issues from an EDIDA lens.
