About Fall Awake Meditation Group

Thank you for visiting our Fall Awake Meditation group blog. We meet every Tuesday morning from 8:00-9:00 in UNC 200 to learn about and experience meditation and mindfulness activities with Dr. Janice Snyder. This group will continue throughout the year and it is open to drop-in. Drop-in fees are $2 per session, but you can also pay $20 for unlimited sessions. Mats, cushions, and meditation bolsters are provided. You can bring your own blanket if you need one.

The Fall Awake Meditation Group began in January 2014 as an initiative of the Student Services Well-being Project and is funded as part of a Healthy Workplace Initiative Program Fund. You can find other events in this initiative listed on this blog.
