Vegan and Teeth?

I was octo-vegetarian for 2 months and I felt great. I was happy full of energy, I had lost weight my hair was shiny and strong and I loved cooking especially the process of searching cool new blogs full of vegan recipes. And mentally was amazing to know you are not contributing in the slaughter of animals. And the health benefits? I was hearing from a lot of people how plant based diet made the symptoms go especially there lack of energy and other benefits such as how now there skin is better looking etc… The problem was that after 2 months I felt a crash I was tiered and my teeth where a little bit more sensitive. So, I searched on the internet and learned about B12, Oops I had not taken supplements of B12 and also Iron, that could explain my tiredness. But what about the teeth? Well let me tell you there is no information about the relationship of teeth decay in vegan, vegetarian and meat eaters. Only articles on how a vegan diet made people lose there teeth or gave them more decays sinse vegan. The problem with those articles is that they are not from a reliable source. So, if anyone has or knows about the subject of veganism and teeth decay please tell me. I would like to be vegan again but I am scared I might get teeth decay. The again when I see Jared Leto and Jessica Chastain there teeth are perfect and they are vegan. So for now I am back at eating animal protein but maybe just 4 times a week so I get the protein but I still reduce my intake to help the environment.
