Personal Training: All of our trainers have either their CPT (certified personal trainer), CSCS (certified strength and conditioning specialist), BCRPA (BC recreation and parks association), and CSEP (certified exercise physiologist) certifications or a combination of two or more as well as First Aid. Each trainer we have on our staff is extremely dedicated and passionate about what they do and will help you reach your goal(s) safely and effectively.
Before starting with a trainer, an appointment is first made to go over your goals, take your body composition to find basic nutritional requirements, and also to show you around the equipment you will be using.
To cancel an appointment, a 24hr notice is needed to give the trainer a sufficient heads up!
Group Fitness: There are some fitness classes available right now taught by experienced instructors such as: cardio kickboxing, Zumba, yoga, spin, and a bootcamp style class that is a full body workout.

Weekend Programs for Kids: We offer every weekend from 10am-2pm, at Hound Park, Blakely Recreation Center and here at Peak Physique, different sports and activities to attend. Some activities include mini-soccer, badminton, kids kickboxing, and floor hockey. We came up with these programs in order to keep kids healthy in the community to help fight against child obesity…and also give the parents a break for a few hours in the day 😉
