The primary goal of the MEDD 411 Weeks 1 & 2 is to introduce you to medical school, your new professional role and your colleagues. This course aims to provide you with the information and skills needed to begin your medical education.
MEDD 411 begins formally on August 18th, 2025 at 8:30am. The first two weeks of MEDD 411 are the orientation weeks. Delivery of the curricular components of these weeks will be delivered in-person where and when possible, with some exceptions and allowing for some flexibility. Attendance is absolutely mandatory and essential.
In order to successfully complete MEDD 411 Weeks 1 & 2, you must attend all mandatory sessions and complete the set of tasks listed in the Orientation Checklist. Please track your completion of these items and the dates you completed them. Failure to complete and submit this document by the due date may result in an incomplete grade for this course.
Some requirements are due after the Orientation Checklist due date. These do not need to be completed before the page is turned in. They are on the checklist to bring their deadlines and importance as a deliverable of MEDD 411 to your attention.
