Final poetry projects (rubric to come soon). Students created some amazing final poetry projects which were very creative. From records to books to birds, every student has their unique hobbies and interests. In this project students were able to display those interests in a creative way through poetry. There were multimodal displays including songs, artwork and even some clarinet playing. Students had a great time sharing their projects through a gallery walk.

Brainstorming activity – students created mind maps in groups to show what poetry meant to them. A great way for students to connect with the content while working collaboratively and having fun too!
