The in-person town hall meetings are almost complete, but you can still participate in the <a href=\"http:\/\/dialogue.healthcaretransformation.ca\/en\/category\/topics\" target=\"_blank\">online discussion forums on four topics<\/a>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>What factors influence the health of individuals and communities?<\/li>\n<li>Which practices offset the effects on health?<\/li>\n<li>What can the government do to address the social determinants of health?<\/li>\n<li>How can we ensure the health care system is equally accessible to all Canadians?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>So far, many contributions appear to be from individuals whose occupations relate to health or the health system.
