Below is our raw data, which was collected over three weeks. We recorded the number of people Sprouts served in one hour, from 12pm to 1pm, and the date the data was collected.

We decided to combine the data from Mondays with the data from Wednesdays since both of these days were non-Community Eats days. We they are labelled as “Regular Days”.

On the left we have a graph of average people per day (blue) as compared to total people that came on those days (green). From left to right, the data represent “regular days”, Fridays, and the combination of all the days. We considered Mondays and Wednesdays to be “regular days” since there is no Community Eats event on these days, meaning that the food has a fixed price. The matching total vs. average data graph is the graph on the right in red and blue.
