Eradicating extreme poverty and hunger in Mexico The Mexican Association of Food Banks (AMBA) (Aug – Dec 2011)
My main duties included designing the data compilation instrument for developing a benchmark between the main food banks in Mexico, and identifying, modeling, diagnosing, and reengineering the key processes to operate a food bank.
My main accomplishments were the identification of the best practices along different food banks in Mexico, and development of a model that included 5 levels of maturity. The objective consisted in classifying the processes from the 11 regional food banks and modifying them accordingly in order for them to achieve a certification whose ideal was self-execution and sustainability.
