“Morality, like art, means drawing a line someplace” – attributed to Oscar Wilde, unsourced.
I’m a visting scholar at the OBHR division, Sauder School of Business, University of British Columbia in Canada. My position is funded by a fellowship for prospective researchers of the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF).
My research interests evolve around workplace aggressive behaviors, work group climates, organizational justice and just worlds beliefs as well as behavioral ethics and workplace diversity. I’m fascinated by questions of morality: how do we – people – draw a line between what is right or wrong? Why and how does this line differ, sometimes move or appear different to us and others?
In the following pages, you can have a look at my research, teaching, academic education and other miscellaneous things (un)related to my activity that just fascinates me.
