The total THLB is 17507.7 ha. Recall that our AOI is\u00a043886 ha and our THLB before management is\u00a043886 ha, our management obtained around 40% area of AOI and about 60% of the original THLB area. We feel that our final map\u00a0is would be a great recommendation and consultation for forestry companies to better achieve sustainable forest harvesting.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">First Class, which stands for our most preferred area is mainly in the southeast part of the area of interest, with some in the southwest side.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">First Class\u00a0areas have mainly douglas-fir, and age falls in between 120 and 140 years old, which is our more preferred age within the mature trees section.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Second Class areas have mainly spruce, with some douglas-fir and cedar, and with ages fall in the more preferred group as well.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Third Class areas also contain mainly spruce, with some douglas-fir and fir, with a mix of more preferred and less preferred age class (141 to 249 years old).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Fourth Class areas mainly contain spruce with some douglas-fir, and evenly covers the two classes within the mature age group.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fifth Class areas contain spruce, fir, and a little bit of pine, and covers the whole mature age range.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sixth\u00a0Class areas have fir only, and have trees that are aged from 141 to 249 years old.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Map 8.
