Can I fill out a Student Self-Declaration Form or do I need to see an Advisor?<\/strong> Under the new concession policy,\u00a0 students seeking a concession will either (a) go to see a student advisor or (b) fill in a Student Self-Declaration Form.\u00a0Here is a process chart<\/a> that outlines when it is appropriate to pick either option (a) or option (b). Where do I get a Student Self-Declaration Form?\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Faculty of Arts Advising has launched a refreshed\u00a0concession webpage<\/a>\u00a0as well as a new, pilot\u00a0online concession form<\/a>\u00a0that has a Student self-declaration form built into it. They have a pilot team of Advisors who are reviewing all requests in order to ensure our processes work effectively, and we are developing a rubric to guide our decision-making in this new policy environment.
