For the final Multi-Criteria Evaluation map, we combined the three previous MCEs with equal weights in order to reflect the equal importance on these categories that the York Region Vision Plan places on them. The overall suitability score ranges from 3.34 to 10. Visibly, overall scores are lower than the previous MCEs, as dissemination areas that scored high on all three categories are few. The communities that have the highest scores are Pine Grove, select neighbourhoods in Vaughan, Cherry, Holland Landing, between Queensvile and East Gwillimbury, Vinegar Hill, and Jersey. These are all communities located within the region as most green areas are located in the region. They are situated sporadically across the region, reflecting the more sporadic nature of dissemination areas with high economic vitality or high community health.
