For the final project of the course, I worked with a group to look at Lyme disease in the United States. Based on the Center for Disease Control, we ran analysis on 14 states where this disease is the most prominent. We found factors that could affect the disease and incorporated it into our analysis in order to determine which of these created ideal conditions for the disease to thrive. Then, we extrapolated conditions to the year 2050 to determine how and where the disease will spread.
