All graduate students in nursing are welcome to our next meeting in the grad lab. Minutes from the last meeting and an agenda for this one will be circulated to all members on the email list. This is an opportunity for grad students to present their thesis in three minutes and one slide in a campus-wide competition. Initial heats are held in the faculty, and Nursing will be with other departments in Applied Science this year. The heat will be in February, with campus-wide semi-finals and finals in March.
Please let your programme coordinator know of your interest in participating.

Cindy is an incredibly dynamic PhD candidate in the SON. She has worked at the Center for Disease Control for over 10 years and this has fueled her passion for research involving women’s dating habits and sexual risk taking behaviour. Her research has been featured by a variety of media outlets and she continues to push the envelope around how healthcare providers conceptualize women’s sexual behaviour. Thanks to all who came out to our inaugural Pub Club on Tuesday, November 1st!
