Our brains are weird…especially mine.
One of the amazing things that I’ve learned through the creativity courses here at Sauder a very basic understanding on the idea generation process and how my brain works when going through this process. More importantly, I’ve learned how to harness and channel my craziness into valuable and practical ideas!
One of the awesome things that I’ve learned is that walking away from a problem for a bit actually is best thing to do when you run into a mental roadblock. So actually “sleeping on a problem” isn’t bullshit…it’s SCIENCE!
