Our Philosophy at Vitality Fitness Club:

Mission: Aging gracefully is a goal everyone strives for and at Vitality Fitness Club  we know that physical activity is the best way to achieve this goal.  Through exercise training, education and coaching we will help you lead a life of health and longevity.  From new exercisers to athletes we design specific programs to meet your goals, and get the added benefit of meeting new people, combatting aging, and adopting a healthy lifestyle.

 

Vision:  Our vision is to enable adults with the skills they need to live independently and disease free for longer and more fulfilled life.  Providing health and exercise training we will help reduce the disease burden on our health care system and increase the number of active older adults.
