Health and Fitness Assessment: Our first step before introducing you to a training plan and joining the community at Vitality Fitness Club
Periodized Training Plans: we create customized training plans for your wants and needs. Here’s an example of a training plan for Cross-Country Skiing.
Resistance Training Plans: this sample resistance program is designed for a moderately active retired man, we’ll create an individually tailed plan for you and your activity of choice!
Cardiovascular Training Plans: Based on your activity preference we’ll design a plan that will improve your cardiovascular fitness. This example cardio plan is for our moderately active male cross-country skier.
