We identified the stakeholders of our project as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Residents<\/strong><br \/>\nThe design of the outdoor space is generated according to the residents\u2019 needs and demands.<br \/>\nThe residents of Haro park will be able to enjoy easily accessible outdoor spaces and do so safely.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Staff<\/strong><br \/>\nBoth management and floor staff of the facility will be able to experience lesser workloads and conveniences with the improved security system designed to improve the safety of the residents<\/li>\n<li><strong>Community<br \/>\n<\/strong>The improved outdoor space aims to increase the willingness of the seniors to stay in the facility; and therefore, increasing the safety and decreasing accident rate in the neighborhood<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Identifying potential stakeholders is an important step in our design process.
