“I’m Stressed!!” (What Can I Do to Prepare for my Exams?)

Written by Katie Smith, Wellness Peer

Exam season is upon us and it might seem like an appropriate time to panic, but with some early preparation and use of campus resources, you’ll make it through April and onto summer without too many stressful evenings spent cramming.

If you’re a little apprehensive about heading into exams this semester, consider coming out to some Stress Less events! Stress Less is all about doing little things to help yourself prepare for exams and take of your well being.

Stop by Coaches Corner any time between 12-5 pm the last week of classes to plan your studying and get some tips. You’ll also get a stress less kit for dropping by! If you’re unable to make it to Coaches Corner, swing by the Wellness Centre to chat with a peer about stress, time management, and study habits. There will also be stress less kits available throughout the exam period!

Wellness Peers will also be hosting Lounging in the Library on April 6th from 6-9 pm (tonight!!) on the second floor of Irving K Barber Learning Centre! There will be hot chocolate, stress relieving activities, and tons of Wellness Peers to chat with 🙂
