Dynamic Warm Up

Dynamic Warm-Up is an effective way of warming up the body for a dynamic sport such as american football. Players can increase blood perfusion to muscle tissues in the leg by running through a sequence of dynamic movements and stretches. An increase in blood flow throughout the lower half of the body can improve performance and decrease chances of injury.
