Game Ready\u00ae<\/sup> Attention: Customer Service Department \u2013 Invoice #30105430<\/p>\n Subject: Operating Error with Game Ready Cooling Machine<\/p>\n Dear Game Ready\u00ae<\/sup> service representative,<\/p>\n Our clinic recently received the Game Ready\u00ae<\/sup> cryotherapy unit, which we sent in two weeks ago for repairs. When our kinesiologist tested the usability of the machine, he discovered that the initial error (Error 12 \u2013 Fluid Circuit Error) still occurred on the machine. \u00a0I spoke with a customer service representative on the phone earlier this week and she had ensured me the machine was restored and fully operational. Unfortunately, the machine still appears to be\u00a0defective and requires some more attention.<\/p>\n As a result of this predicament, many of our clients have been unable to fully gain the benefits of their treatment. \u00a0We heavily rely on the performance of your machine and would hope to have it returned\u00a0fully repaired.<\/p>\n Due to our positive experience with the device, we believe Game Ready\u00ae<\/sup> provides the best units for cryotherapy. I understand how frustrated you must have been when you discovered that the unit was still inoperable.
