In the <strong>Educational Leadership\u00a0track,\u00a0<\/strong>tenure is primarily dependent on demonstrating excellence in teaching. Educational Leadership\u00a0(i.e., contributions beyond one&#8217;s course at levels of the department, faculty, institution, or beyond) and service are also important.\u00a0 Once tenure is awarded, Instructor-1s are promoted with the title of Senior Instructor.
