Keep the company running smooth and in the highest position are not easy. Besides developing more items, expand the territory; getting the maximum market shares, we also need to pay attention to the trend.

Tim Horton can do well on above-mentioned points.

Tim Hortons is known for coffee and doughnuts. In 1964, Tim Horton is a simple coffee and baked goods chain. The main consumers are blue- collar roots with family feel. In order to maximize revenues, besides its breakfast base, they expand their lunch and dinner selections recently.

Doing business should look like an innovator who develop more new items to meet the market needs. They always attacked on all sides and at any time.

We need to increase our market shares in order not to be eliminated. We need to have more items for consumers to have better choices. Tim Hortons did by creating new line of product such as Latte and espressos.

Not only that, expanding locations is the must.

The trend is slightly changed that they want to have a break after high-pressure working. So Tim Hortons needs to create a relaxing atmosphere for the consumers.

Keep improving and changing is the only way of survives.
