In Response: E- Crime

Lately I have read through one of my classmate, Eric Tsai’s blog post about “E – Crime rises as holiday season approaches”. He had discussed how online shopping cause consumers fell into a trap due to the new option to shop in a quick and convenient way. After reading through the blog post from Eric, I would like to add on a few points based on my personal view about how to prevent the issue to be happened in the future.

Through this blog post, I totally agree with his points of view about the importance and realize how serious the problem is. However, I also believe that we should mention how to prevent it is happened before the criminals setting up the websites. I believe there should have a strong and well-organized corporation to censor those websites before they applied. Also, there should be an improvement by creating a strong team with authorizations of charging those criminals. Furthermore, the government should have executed heavier penalty. With our additional points to Eric’s blog, the cyber thieves will be much under control and not easily to achieve their purposes. The criminal case will be much less. This blog will be much complete.
