Definition of OCD: Definition of OCD

This assignment is to write a definition for a relatively complex term to non-technical readers. I chose to define OCD as it’s a term in my field of study. OCD can be heard often but I think it lacks a clear and straight-forward definition for non-technical readers.  A parenthetical definition and a sentence definition were written in this assignment.  An expanded definition was also provided, which includes common symptoms, treatments, OCD in children, as well as an illustration to explain the OCD cycle.

This proposal is to provide suggestions for UBC Community Service to improve parkade parking situation. I believe it can help UBC parking to provide better service for students as well as increase the parking permit sales revenue.

This letter is to express a complaint in a business context. It requires me to show my frustration and dissatisfaction while maintaining a professional manner for the best response.

The process of peer review is to help my peers look for any weakness in a passage and provide suggestions. Reviewing my peer’s work can also help me to reflect on my own work and improve.
