Throughout this unit you will be focusing on your main learning goal of understanding how Microsoft Office programs are used in a business environment.
By the end of this unit you will be able to answer the questions:
- What are the differences between working on a cloud-based platform vs a desktop platform?
- How do different programs work together in a business setting?
You will know:
- How to create effective documents with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- How to collaborate simultaneously with other people on a cloud-based program.
You will be able to:
- Use PowerPoint as a tool for more than just presentations.
- Improve upon your existing skills with Microsoft Office to create more impressive documents.
The essential question that you will want to consider as you are progressing through this unit is:
- What are the advantages/disadvantages to using a cloud-based platform?
