Hi, my name is Jasmin and I am a 4th year environmental sciences student specializing in Land, Air, and Water at UBC. Ultimately, I am interested in urban planning and how the future of our cities can be one that is more sustainable. Within this, I am particularly concerned about the ecological impact we have as humans on this planet and thus I constantly strive to educate myself and others on adopting a more sustainable lifestyle. I am also interested in how urban design can reduce negative environmental impacts. When I’m not studying, I spend my free time reading historical novels, listening to environmental podcasts, working out, and watching Youtube videos on just about any topic.
