Hi! My name is Jeff Liu. My Chinese name is Liu Fangru (刘芳儒）Currently I major in English Literature and have a minor in Finance in Renmin University of China. Now I study in UBC as an exchange student in my third year of university. I’m fluent in both Mandarin and English, and currently learning French as my second foreign language.
I’ve developed critical thinking skills, leadership, and communication skills by attending and organizing different British Parliamentary debate events. In the future, I hope to establish my career in business consulting. In the meantime, I also hope to be a part-time oral interpreter. I believe that my overall capability and ability to work in multi-linguistic context provide me the qualification.
