“Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.”
—- Mark Twain
My definition of innovation is “not sticking to the old ways” and “being willing to take risks”. Every organization should be capable of accepting and adapting to new methods, and embracing new knowledge. Experience and forward-thinking change define entrepreneurship, specifically in the willingness to organize and improve a business. No change often means little to no improvement. Every company needs a leader who is responsible for organization and distribution. This role is vital to the success of the business.
Immigrating to Canada has afforded me the opportunity to experience amazing things in my formative years as a teenager. This wealth of knowledge will springboard into an exceptional education and success in other life goals.

Great take on innovation there!
I agree with you that taking risks and swimming against the current are vital for successful entrepreneurs. But I think a big part of entrepreneurship is not only adapting to change, but creating it. I believe Entrepreneurship & Innovation are some of the most formative powers in our society, as they provide us with new opportunities and discoveries, improve communities and have huge influence on the everyday life of people. I think we should actively embrace that power and create new things in order to further the human race.
PS: I love that quote!
