In the proposal, I have included the following items below.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Target audience: residents and council at Pendrell Mews apartment<\/li>\n<li>An introduction to the current status of the rooftop patio at Pendrell Mews and its raised concern to accommodate the growing number of its users.<\/li>\n<li>Description of the potential risk of the outdated structure of the rooftop patio such as human accidents and degradation of the condo.<\/li>\n<li>Description of the suggested solutions to renovate the patio area, for instance, re-installing<\/li>\n<li>Scope of the study listed in seven inquiry<\/li>\n<li>Methods conducting the research<\/li>\n<li>My qualifications toward the proposal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This research will involve surveying residents in Pendrell Mews to identify the advantages and disadvantages of renovating the rooftop patio at the apartment.<\/p>\n<p>I have posted my proposal on the Team Forum and attached the document below for your convenience.
