I’m working in the GIS & Watershed Ecosystem Research Lab under the supervision of Dr. Adam Wei<\/a>.
\nMy PhD program will focus on cumulative effects of climate change and forest disturbance on hydrological processes<\/strong><\/em>. The major objectives of this program are: 1) to investigate how interactions between climate change and forest disturbance affect hydrological processes, especially the peak-flow and low-flow, at the watershed scale, and 2) to simulate possible future hydrological responses under different climate change and forest disturbance conditions.<\/p>\n

Proposed Thesis Title<\/em><\/strong>
\nEvaluating cumulative hydrological responses to future climate change and forest disturbance at the watershed scale.<\/p>\n

Study Area<\/em><\/strong>
\nPeachland watershed located (167 km2<\/sup>) in the Okanagan basin. It is a good candidate area for this program because this watershed has been heavily disturbed by harvesting and natural disturbance.<\/p>\n
