About Korean designer ‘Andre Kim’

The designs of André Kim are said to “combine classical designs with futuristic elements”, often resulting in distinctive designs with bold, rich colors and motifs of Asiatic patterns, often of large roses, birds, or tree branches. For his fashion shows, Kim favors white-toned settings to bring out the unusual colors of his designs.

His designs are held in high regard by Korean celebrities, and many of these celebrities model in his fashion shows. His wedding dress fashion shows are particularly renowned for showcasing famous celebrities. Kim’s fame also extends beyond Korea’s borders – Michael Jackson once asking him to be his personal designer. However, Kim declined stating his clothes were for everyone.

Stanley Park

I went to the stanley park. The weather was nice, the people in there seems like peaceful and happy! I lent the bike. So that I could run around the beach. I saw the Totem pole, Girl in Wetsuit’, Prospect Point, Lion’s Gate Bridge, and English Bay. It was so great time relaxing my body and mind.

2012 in Indonesia

I have been to Indonesia not only for volunteering but also for cultural exchange with university students in there.

At first, we stayed at Bogor Agricultural University. We had a great time with our Indonesian friends. We taught each other about culture like food, language, clothing, traditional music, traditional dancing. We also visited tourist spot in Indonesia like botanical garden, public market, memorial place. I could learn about Indonesian culture. And It help to develope a more diverse viewpoint.

After 10 days, we stayed at Sukabumi for volunteering that teach elementary school students. We taught them to draw, make with clay, make little book, and so on. We had classes at the morning. After school, we painted a mural on the school’s wall.

I could have a lot of good relationship with many people. And also I could earn precious and valuavle memories that always keep in my mind. 🙂
