These are two pieces I created for VISA 110: Digital Media. The first is a conceptual photo series I created to highlight the human desensitization to trash and waste in our environment. The second is an appropriation piece, where I recreated a men’s lifestyle magazine (Lui) using a male as a cover model as opposed to a highly sexualized female to explore how this subverts the message of the magazine and changes the audience reception.
