- Composed an experiment to gather insight on the role of the unsaturated fatty acid’s effect on the overall growth of the protein under cold stress
- Quantitatively measured the amount of unsaturated fatty acid present in cell membrane using fluorescent microscope and ImageJ program; Qualitatively evaluated the amount of growth present in sample treatments by observing colony formations of streaked cultures
