A key assignment that was worked on throughout the course was the Formal Report. This assignment was incredibly challenging at the beginning of the course, but as the course progressed, learning objectives clicked and drafting a rough draft of the formal report became simple. Below are links to my formal report drafting process.
This proposal took quite a while to perfect as my topic kept changing. Finally, a draft that Dr. Paterson and I both felt confident it was made and further produced to create a final formal report.
The outline provides a rough outline of what the final formal report will contain. This outline was created with an introduction, body, and conclusion.
The progress report contains information of progress on the report to instructor Dr. Erika Paterson.
This rough draft is an unfinished copy of the final report. It contains information collected in point form and several figures and tables that relay research results.
FINAL FORMAL REPORT
The final draft of the formal report includes all research results and figures and tables that relay important information regarding the research. The report was written with “You Attitude” in mind and aimed to improve member participation in the University of British Columbia Law and Society Chats.
