My tasks include patient screening, ethics applications, and leading education sessions. This led to\u00a0 publishing 3 manuscripts (one 1<sup>st<\/sup> author) &amp; 3 abstracts (one\u00a01<sup>st <\/sup>author + podium presentation)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 256px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rmcs.bc.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/RMCS-logo-sm.jpg\" alt=\"Home - Richmond Multicultural Community Services RMCS\" width=\"246\" height=\"125\" \/><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">From Richmond Multicultural Community Services (RMCS)<\/p><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Vice-President, Board of Directors\u00a0<\/strong>&#8211;\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rmcs.bc.ca\/board-of-directors\/\">Richmond Multicultural Community Services (RMCS)<\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aligning with my own values, RMCS has a vision of building a harmonious and inclusive society. Helping reshape its mission and strategic initiatives taught me about the cornerstones of community development and the dynamics of anthropology and behavior. Assessing analytics and social media trends teaches me about digital engagement.
