The UBC Journal of Outer Space Studies is a student-run, interdisciplinary publication, dedicated to showcasing excellent undergraduate research on topics related to outer space.
Papers are selected through a process of blind peer and faculty review, and are considered on the basis of originality of research, conceptual innovation, subject matter, and overall quality of writing.
Contributing to the journal affords students the invaluable opportunity to gain formal experience in the academic publishing process, and have their work published early on in their academic careers. Students who are keen to take part in the peer-reviewed editing process are highly encouraged to submit their papers, or get involved with the journal as editors.
