Here is my article about our journal club that we are running in UBC for the last two years – “A Library Journal Club as a Tool for Current Awareness and Open Communication: UBC case study” which oddly sees light online during the last week of 2009.

It is published in a free, open access, Canadian journal  – Partnership: the Canadian Journal of Library and Information Practice and Research.

  1. Eugene, I’m curious to hear what percentage of attendees at the monthly meetings are library school students. I’m guessing it’s a high percentage. Am I right?

  2. Rebecca,

Not really. I would say we have way more librarians attending. Around 80-85% librarians and the rest is library school students…
