Lunchtime! Salad dressed with olive oil and lemon juice over brown rice pasta, an amazing Asian pear, and some local spring water.

cucumber- local, organic, from my community garden plot
Asian pear- local, organic, from our community garden’s shared orchard
butter lettuce- local

Bad
bell pepper- local hothouse
brown rice pasta- made in Toronto, grown ??
olive oil- imported from Italy
lemon- somewhere tropical
