Summary

Our product is an anonymous mobile application that provides a reliable 24/7 chat pal, recommends personalized resources, and, when needed, connects users with professional counselors. In addition, we enable users to make staged and highly visible progress.

Process

We embrace agile development method. Our initial processes include market research and competitor analysis, and then user research, rapid prototyping and more user testings. While developing content, UI/UX and AI in an agile team, we invited certified counselors to work with us and validate our assumptions.

Final Prototype

The final prototype is a proof of concept that lives on Facebook Messenger.
